Step 1: Selection
Once you are interested of buying one of our concept design home, please visit our office to make your choice of home and choice of plot and any changes you may deem of.
Step 2: Site Visit
We will drive you to the site free and no bush fee to see where your new home will be located. Spend the time to look around and ask questions, when possible.
Step 3: Sign In
Once you are satisfied with the choice, you can make your first 40% deposit at sign in to start construction of your new home with immediate effect. Once construction start, you can visit the site if so wish to see how your new home is coming.
Step 4: Construction
The house will be built to a gable height depending on your flexibility and agreed timing. And at that time a second 40% deposit shall be made to complete your home.
Step 5: Move-In
On the completion day of your home, you will be taken to your new home for us to show you the important features that make your home unique. At that time the last part of 20% shall be paid and a key of your new home will be handed to you. We will visit you twice in the 1st year to check on all of the systems performances to ensure everything is functioning properly.

Step 2: Site Visit
We will drive you to the location to show you the homes and its features.
Step 3: Sign In
Once you are satisfied with your choosing home, a security deposit of $1,300 and a first month rent of $1,300 shall be made. Rent payment of $1,300 is due every month on a month to month basis.
Step 4: Move-In
The key of the house shall be handed to you upon receiving the security deposit and the first month rent.
